My review of 5 foods that burn abdominal fat program

This program is for gaining health and losing weight through proper eating and excercise. What I like most about the program is that it DOES NOT use that cookie cutter approach.

I have followed his direction for less than a year. I can say without a doubt that what he has told me has been highly accurate. I have also lost 15+ pounds without dieting. I must admit I was somewhat skeptical at first because I do not excercise as I should but I'm working on that.

About a month ago I started coaching my mom with the same type of information. Already she has told me that her craving for sugar has almost disappeared. She is able to perfrom light excercises, buys no more sweets, and is now eating less but with the same full satisfaction as before. She reports that she is more energetic with an increased feeling of overall well-being.

At 89 years young, she knew that 200 pounds is a very unhealthy weight. In addition to having arthritis in her knees, she knows that she was a candidate for a stroke and that much weight would soon put her in a wheel chair.
